What is the Amazon Vine program? It's an invitation-only program for reviewers based on the helpfulness of their reviews. It's not only for books; as a matter of fact, if you click through you'll find I've reviewed crockery, gadgets, and watches. I've noticed that my positive reviews tend to garner more positive votes than my "eh" or negative reviews. I hoover at about an 82% approval rating, so I'm not quite sure how I was selected, but I enjoy being part of the program regardless.
